another great discovery on Queen East! To my surprise the frames are very affordable (I always assumed otherwise considering somehow boutique-y character of the place)! you can get prescription glasses for $125 (with UV and antiglare coating) - tax included, and the second pare for only $75. I love that there are so many choices of colours, and some of them are extremely vibrant and funky - but there are also many subdued tones for more conservative folks. the simplicity is a key - there is only one type of frame (in different sizes) - but there are so many colour choices! you can mix and match (if you want to have eye rims in different shade than the temples). glasses are assembled in minutes - so you don't have to come the second time to pick up your order. you can also get readers there and sunglasses there. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, you'll get all your questions answered. I highly recommend. got my first pair there, and so far I love it and I am thinking about getting the second!

Excellent customer service. My second time getting an eye exam here. Love the 10-year warranty on frames! I took my old pair in which had broke and no questions asked…. Replaced free! And Dr. Andrew Attardo is very compassionate & professional. Highly recommend everything about this store. My friend from Vermont loved the frames so much she wants them to open a shop in Burlington VT 👍🏼😉

I am very happy with everything: customer service, doctor, and product. Doctor Jason Woo was very thorough and explained everything that going on with my eyes without rushing the appointment. Awesome customer service- Richard was also very helpful, and new glasses were made right on a spot. Also, I stopped by to change the arms for different color, no problem. Glasses look cool and I have got many compliments. With progressive discount price is amazing.

Update (Dec 2022): Just went in again after my visit 2 years ago. Service continues to be warm and welcoming. Had my eye exam booked and Dr. Andrew was very knowledgeable. He patiently explained everything before performing any testing. Highly recommended. Original: Wonderful customer service! The moment I stepped inside I was greeted warmly by Meghan, the receptionist. Something I didn't get at a nearby eyeglasses retail. There was a mistake on the optometrist appointment but they took me in anyway. The display was colorful and their frames were made from recycled materials. Very stylish and very affordable. Glasses were ready for use right away. Just like their slogan: glasses that don't cost the earth. Highly recommended.
